International DID Numbers

How it works

Once you've assigned an international DID number to your calling account, you will be able to receive calls to our SoftPhone or on any SIP device or third party SIP application that you have configured to our VoIP network.

If, for example, you have a New York DID number but are based in China, New York residents are able to call you at local rates from any landline or mobile phone.

You're also able to forward your DID number to any regular phone.

You can actually forward your New York DID number to your Chinese mobile phone and, when someone dials your New York DID number, your mobile phone will ring.

Please be aware that, if you forward your DID number, there is a forwarding charge per minute according to EIS's calling rate table. In the example above, you would be charged 1.9 cents per minute for received calls forwarded to China.

If calls are received on our SoftPhone or a SIP device, there is no cost for receiving calls, unless the DID number is a Toll Free number in which case, some minute charges apply.

DID Pricing & Available Numbers

We can provide DID numbers for over 100 countries and availability of number and countries are increasing steadily.

It's possible to have multiple DID numbers on the same calling account (e.g.: USA + Swedish number).
Pricing and availability will vary, depending on destinations.

For the most part, US, Canadian and European numbers are available within 24 hours, but on occasion, it can take few days to obtain certain DID phone numbers.

Pricing starts as low as 10 cents per day for each number.
